These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Both Creators and Subscribers are bound by these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Creators may publish lawful content, including adult or explicit material. Creators may use AI-generated profiles or content; disclosure of AI generation is optional.
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant the Service a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display content as necessary to provide the Service.
Payments are processed via BTCPay and SEPA. We do not store payment card details. All purchases are final unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds are not provided by default.
If a bank or payment processor (for example in the case of a fraudulent transaction or a processor-required chargeback) requires a refund, we will comply and process that refund as necessary. Aside from processor- or law-mandated refunds, the Service does not provide refunds.
Subscriptions and purchases will be described at the point of sale. There is no automatic renewal unless explicitly indicated at purchase.
When you cancel a subscription, cancellation prevents future billing but does not immediately terminate access: you retain access to the subscribed content for the remainder of the paid period.
You must not use the Service to publish or distribute illegal content or to infringe the rights of others. The Service reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Users may request account deletion; see the Privacy Policy for details about deletion timing and data removal.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and François Nguinbu are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of €100 or the total amount paid by you to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Except where mandatory consumer protections apply, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of France.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the account email on file or by a prominent notice on the Service.
